Cesar Winston Vera is a New York State licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Winston specializes in Grief and Bereavement. He works with individuals struggling with loss, anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions and trauma. Winston uses a combination of Grief and Bereavement therapy, Person Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness in his work with individuals and families, adults and adolescents. Winston also utilizes his Master's in Fine Art to assist clients in self expression through various mediums. Winston is available to offer counseling services in the privacy of your home, via phone, or video communication.
