About me
I have over 12 years experience helping individuals, couples, and families cope with a variety of diagnoses and reaching their goals.
I think we all go through things sometimes when we just need some extra help and someone to listen. I offer several different treatment modalities in therapy such as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Equine Assisted Therapy. I provide traditional therapy in person or via video and also provide Equine Assisted Therapy on our farm.
