About me

My mission is to provide a safe, authentic space for you to hope, heal, and grow. And to empower and equip you with integrative skills to lead a more productive and fulfilling life.

Has shame kept you in silence? Have circumstances robbed you of your peace? Are you struggling to cope with the stressors in your life? Do you feel like no one understands you or that you don’t fit in? Do you feel alone, overwhelmed, hopeless, angry, worthless, anxious, in constant pain, or out of control? Have you been hurt by people or systems that are supposed to help you?

Negative experiences and toxic stress can have profound impacts on our physical, spiritual, and mental well-being, as well as our relationships with others. Trauma can shake the very foundation of our sense of well-being, safety, and belonging. And shame can hinder us from living the life we want and deserve. Whatever you find yourself struggling with, you don't need to suffer in silence or walk this journey alone.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling, from UW-Whitewater’s CACREP-accredited Counselor Education Program, with a dual licensure in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-IT under clinical supervision, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Trauma Professional. I provide individual, group, and child & adolescent counseling.

I use a wholistic, trauma-informed, integrative approach to therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I believe in meeting people where they’re at, and building upon your strengths to help meet your goals. I firmly believe that healthy, genuine relationships are the foundation for healing, and I strive to make everyone feel seen, heard, and know that they matter. My mission is to help you take your power back. To shatter shame. To provide a safe, authentic space for you to hope, heal, and grow. And to empower and equip you with integrative sills to lead a more productive and fulfilling life.

I know that life can be difficult to navigate sometimes, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m looking forward to walking this journey of hope and healing with you.
