She , specializes in helping women manage their anxiety, stress, life changes, depression, self-esteem and panic attacks. Courtney understands that daily life can be hectic and knows what it feels like to struggle with anxiety. She, strives to help women find balance and happiness in their current stage of life. Courtney utilizes a strength based and collaborative approach to help clients reach their best selves. In the therapeutic process, Courtney utilizes CBT and mindfulness techniques such as breathing and movement techniques to help clients change their thinking and behavior patterns and to bring calmness and balance.
