About me
I specialize in working with and educating about neurodivergent individuals. I offer counseling sessions through insurance as well as private consultation sessions to learn more about neurodivergence and/or to be screened for ADHD, ASD, and other common neurodivergent conditions. I have worked in mental health and behavioral health fields for over a decade, with the majority of my time working with adults and children with developmental disabilities. I have my own journey navigating trauma, chronic health issues, and learning that I have ADHD as an adult, so I understand first hand what many of my clients face.
I believe that knowledge is the key to unlocking our potential and finding peace within ourselves. I'm here to teach essential skills and help you navigate the complexities of your mind. As a trauma-informed, person-centered, & humanistic counselor, I utilize integrated methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, & mindfulness strategies.
My mission is to facilitate healing, growth, and joy for individuals from diverse backgrounds. With empathy and compassion, I provide tailored tools to support each person's unique journey. My aim is to nurture a safe, understanding space where individuals can embrace their authentic selves. Reach out to start your journey with me today!
