About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker associate and certified substance abuse counselor currently accepting new clients for telehealth.

I believe that people really are doing their best, whether they believe that or not. Sometimes our best feels pretty crappy and we need a little extra support.
That's where I come in.
My goal as a therapist is to help people identify the root of what is keeping them stuck and work through the blockage. It is my hopes that everyone I meet with leaves with more insight, self-compassion, and sense of their own inner strength. I offer down to earth, direct, compassionate, support to help you move past whatever has you feeling stuck so you can go out there and live your best life. Together we will work to identify your goals and put together a game plan to reach them.
My background is in drug and alcohol abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety, and life transitions. I work with clients of all age with a sweet spot for young adults and women in their middle age years. My approach is eclectic, with a strong emphasis on emotion-focused therapy, ACT, and DBT.
Whether you are ready to get to work or just curious about what counseling might look like, lets chat. I offer free consultations and respond to all email request for services within 24 hrs. You can also book an appointment directly through my web page listed below.
