About me
I am an experienced FL licensed Mental Health counselor who is dedicated to helping anyone with anxiety, depression, bipolar maintenance, and life stress management.
I started my career working in Case management with Children and Families after college. As I did my masters in Mental Health I worked in a hospital setting doing case management also. After achieving my masters in counseling, I was privilege to have my own counseling practice which I shared with my Counseling Supervisor. We both had full time jobs at the time and it was hard to keep a counseling practice open only working at it part time. I then moved to my current position of contracted Supervising counselor at Best Behavioral Solutions. We are a small counseling practice with a homelike feeling. I want you to feel like you're sitting in the family room just having a conversation. During my time with BBS, I have become a Certified Crisis Trauma Professional and help people deal with their extensive trauma and their triggers. I love working with children and families; blended families; anger management issues; Bipolar maintenance and LGBTQIA clients, along with gender reassignment considerations.
