With over 15 years of experience counseling individuals in their time of need, I’ve learned a lot about what is helpful and what can make the difference in the life of someone through counseling.
The most central ideas in my work are 1. People are doing the best that they can. 2. With support, clients can develop skills necessary to address their concerns and solve their problems. 3. Change is constant and it is important to work within what is in your control.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and I’m licensed by Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists as an Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and certified as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
