I can help you work on finding those answers and perhaps come up with some different questions. Self-discovery is the thrilling journey of a lifetime. You aren't broken, but some of the beliefs you have picked up and put in your pocket throughout the years might be broken. I use CBT, Gestalt, EMDR therapy and the Gottman Method to help and inform you.

I was a client before I was a counselor and know the pain and frustration that drive us to try to "fix" ourselves. The work is hard, but unbelievably rewarding.
