I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who primarily works with Adult and Elderly individuals. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Stress Management, and OCD related symptoms.
The first step towards healing is always the most difficult, and I would certainly be honored to take such a step with you. Whether you arrive to therapy as a novice or as an expert, my hope is to provide a safe place that is filled with compassion and understanding. Although you are the expert of your own life, having someone who might be able to assist in navigating the cumbersome "mountains and valleys" of the journey, may prove as both helpful and reassuring. After having served as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in various settings, I have been afforded the tremendous opportunity to work alongside numerous individuals.
While working and serving in both national and international settings, I have developed an eclectic array of clinical tools to assist with either writing or interpreting one’s life story. I primarily specialize in the treatment of OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Grief, and Stress related disorders.
I enjoy incorporating techniques from the theoretical orientations of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Psychology/Patient-Centered Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into my shared work with people. If you have any questions about counseling, scheduling, insurance, and costs, know that I warmly welcome your call or email.
