I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in the treatment of various mental health related conditions. I specialize in the individualized treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Stress Related Disorders, and Bereavement. Previous to my position within the private practice setting, I had worked as an integrated counselor in the treatment of both substance use and mental health at a local Community Mental Health Organization. I also have experience as a former College Counselor, High School Counselor, and Telehealth Therapist.
While working and serving in both national and international settings, I have developed an eclectic array of clinical tools to assist with either writing or interpreting one’s life story. I enjoy incorporating techniques from various theoretical orientations, including CBT, REBT, Humanistic, Trauma Informed Care, and ERP into my work with individuals.
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare Insurances. I also offer Private Pay as an alternative form of payment.
