I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience in the field. I believe that successful therapy comes from a relationship built on mutual trust, honesty, respect, and collaboration. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist and I strive to help my clients gain insight into their patterns of thinking and behavior, so that they can move forward to reach their goals with greater self-awareness. I also have a wealth of experience working with working with military families and helping them adjust to PCS and deployment related issues.
