I attended Lesley University and have been a practicing young adult and adult therapist for 30 years. I am also a life coach and a sports psychology consultant. I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and believe everyone can benefit from learning Mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance skills. Coco was trained and worked at The Massachusetts Mental Health Center ( Harvard teaching hospital) and worked at Cambridge Hospital as a team leader/lead clinician in the area of Co Occurring disorders/ Dual Diagnosis. She then was site supervisor of a community mental health center and Clinical Director of Penikese Island a co occurring program or young men.
