Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am here and happy to help. As a devoted Christian, wife and mother of three, my passion is helping individuals and families work through their issues, overcome obstacles and become the best version of themselves. I enjoy meeting people where they are, accepting their individuality and supporting them through their journey of personal growth and development. My services focus on developing skills that help peel through and examine the complex layers that compose our daily lives in order to fully understand ourselves and the others around us. Treatment is a collaborative approach and I am dedicated to the process.
I have experience with treating anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I also help adults and children struggling with unhealthy lifestyle adjustments, abuse of any kind, anger management and stress. I also have experience treating families experiencing grief, divorce, financial instability and adjusting to foster care living arrangements.
Therapy is a very intimate experience that involves one to be vulnerable and trusting to a therapist. It’s important to me that you feel safe and comfortable when we're together. I offer free 15 minute consultations to all new clients in order to establish a foundation and understand the client’s therapeutic needs and wants.
