About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to providing a safe comfortable space to help adult clients meet their healthy goals.
I enjoy helping people navigate the difficulties they encounter. My specialties include working with trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and chronic pain and illness. I see individual adults of all ages, and couples for premarital counseling. I employ cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, ACT for substance abuse, psychodynamic talk therapy, and hypnotherapy. I provide certification letters for emotional support animals. I believe therapy is effective when my clients and I develop a safe open relationship within which issues can be accessed, brought to light and processed. I’ve been in practice for 30 years and love what I’m lucky enough to do.
