It's time for you to reclaim your power.

What if you knew yourself so deeply and lived life so authentically that problems no longer had power over your happiness?

What if you could lay your head down at night knowing that, even if only in 'small' ways, you were contributing only goodness to the world around you?

You realize the value of self-development. You're interested in overcoming your past and being empowered throughout your future.

Life has tackled you and tried to tie you down over and over again. You experience constant push-and-pull forces between fighting for better and giving into the easier road of settling. Most days you feel disconnected. Relationships may be around, but they’re not in sync. You don’t usually feel understood by people around you. It’s a specific type of loneliness. You feel muted in your passions. Every day feels like a struggle that it doesn’t have to be. You may feel powerless and unable to act in your own life. You may also be feeling out of control, hopeless, and unable to make some decisions.

This sort of ‘disconnected’ or ‘stuck’ often occurs for people who have experienced traumatic circumstances, developmental trauma, or generational trauma. More and more people are recognizing and acknowledging that trauma has been or is a part of their lives. After that milestone, they’re faced with the questions of what to do about it or how to face it. The complex journey of this complex trauma is not one to take alone.

You deserve to have a guide- a deeply knowledgeable and skilled therapist who has traveled that journey and knows the way.

If a life of trauma has left you feeling out of control or having difficulty recovering, you can count on me to meet you exactly where you are and guide you in the path back to yourself.

You and I both know (and if you don't, then I'm here to remind you!) that your current self is not your final self. Yet, the only way for that to be true for your life is through investing in yourself and doing the inner work to advance your growth process. Lucky for you, I am an experienced (Self-Master-er and) Self-Mastery guide. I lead people in understanding and accepting themselves fully, asking 'Why?' to everything, redefining 'success', finding clarity, and developing strategies for living the life they want instead of the life they’re “supposed to” have.

My mission as a professional therapist is to go forth and multiply humans who live wholeheartedly through love and kindness – that is to produce whole individuals and powerful mindsets. The focus of my therapy career has been on supporting and helping people heal from their pasts and reclaim their future. I specialize in the field of trauma and serve as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My life’s passion and dedication has been to overcoming a life of trauma and helping others do the same.

I understand the ways that trauma can transform a person's sense of self, agency, and community. I help people reclaim the world that trauma has tried to take away from them, and I'm dedicated to helping people find their passions and power (again).

My role within the therapeutic relationship is that of a supporter, encourager, challenger, analyst, professional, and field expert. Think of me as your Master Toolbox and Reference Guide. In working with me, you'll receive the tools to help build your confidence and trust in yourself, as well as rework unhealthy patterns which could be leaving you and those around you feeling overwhelmed, confused, frustrated, exhausted, depleted, or even powerless. My qualifications and experiences have molded an inquisitive and investigative clinician who believes that every life is a constellation of complexities, and each ‘case’ deserves to be looked at from every angle. While I am an expert in the field, I see each client as the expert of their own lives. I work from depth-oriented lenses of attachment and life development with a focus on first building the foundation of self-regulation resulting in overall mastery of self. You can expect me to listen deeply and work with you to develop the capacity to navigate your own life in the present, regardless of past trauma. At the foundation, I create and hold a safe and healing space designed to bring you to a place of freedom and empowerment. You deserve to be heard and respected, and I believe in your capacity to live a full, healthy life.

I love working with people who are eager to put on armors of courage for digging deeply into themselves and their lives. My clients can expect to work on breaking generational patterns, redefining themselves, building and maintaining meaningful, deeply connected, and absolutely healthy relationships, and creating a norm of wholehearted living. With me, you will thrive if you are ready and wanting to be both supported and challenged in your process of self-mastery. Contact me so we can get started together!
