About me
Working toward a new place of health and happiness with a patient is the greatest part of the work I do. It is a privilege to sit next to another person and learn their strengths and struggles.
I believe in establishing trust and using humor where it helps. I also believe individuals are the experts in their own lives, so my role is to walk alongside of you on your path of healing and provide support and feedback along the way. Using a strength-based approach, we’ll work together to identify unique qualities that have served you thus far and build on those.
I enjoy working with individuals of any age or background and bring a special interest in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and stage-of-life stress.
