You sense it's time for a change but don't know exactly where to start. You want to be able to trust life again after loss and pain. I am here to walk alongside you. With compassion, encouragement, and a healthy dose of challenge, it's my honor to take part in your journey, believing you already have within you everything needed to heal, transform, thrive.

My specialities include treating anxiety, grief, chronic illness, women's issues, relationship challenges, and unresolved trauma. My work draws from EMDR, NVC, expressive art, and many experiential modalities that attune to the mind, body and spirit. I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner and love teaching my clients how to Tap!
