I am an experienced Counselor who is passionate about helping teens and adults cope with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, college/career and relationship concerns. I specialize in the LGBTQ population.
The last couple of years left some of us feeling isolated and lonely, and definitely confused. Plans and goals were derailed leaving some of us to wonder how things will change. I call this the "worried well." This is a way that functioning individuals focus on the negative, despite success in everyday life. But there is a way out of this into a more positive, life-embracing mindset! I work with adolescents and adults on concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, career/college, relationship concerns. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQ population. I provide an integrative, supportive, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach to assist clients in creating positive and healthy life changes.
