In the nearly two decades of my career, I have helped countless individuals and families overcome difficult times. I would describe my personality and therapeutic style as down to earth, hopeful, and goal orientated. My mission is to help you unlock the potential that is already inside of you through therapy so you can start experiencing relief as soon as possible.
My speciality is working with young adults to overcome anxiety in order to feel most aligned with their life purpose. While my approach is integrative and individualized the modalities most commonly used are Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting (BSP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
