Welcome! I am a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who has a passion for helping individuals during the perinatal and postnatal journeys of their lives. Parenthood can be a difficult transition for all involved, and I hope to be the ongoing support and guidance that will help you navigate this challenging, yet incredible chapter of your life.

I am a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and recently completed my master’s degree in Social Work, with an emphasis on children and families, from the University of Texas – Arlington. I have eight years of experience working with children, teens, and their families in school and non-school settings. In my past clients, I have encountered a common theme of negative self-talk and ineffective coping skills that often hold these individuals back from living the best version of themselves. More recently, I have discovered a passion for prenatal and postpartum mental health.

As a mother myself, I firsthand understand the complex and challenging moments that motherhood can throw you into. It can often cause one to feel overwhelmed and isolated, but yet not choose to talk about it for fear of being judged. Parents, especially mothers, are not given a safe space to process all the emotions and changes, good and bad, that come with becoming a mother. Allow me to give you that safe space, to give you a chance to speak and be heard, to be valued, to be acknowledged. Allow me to create an environment for you where you can speak freely without judgment, without criticism, without shame. It's okay to not be okay and remember that you are not alone. Seeking therapy is the first step in the right direction and I am so proud of you for taking such a big step. I do offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis. Let’s connect now for a free 15 minute consultation to determine if this will be a great fit for your needs.
