Christian Giovanniello, RMHCI

I am a longtime mental health provider who specializes in working with adults, teens, and children with emotional regulation challenges, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community as well as adults and children on the spectrum. I strive to offer a welcoming environment that suits anybody's needs.

I strive to offer a welcoming and tailored therapeutic experience. I shape experiences based on what an individual needs or requests and welcome any and all no matter their background. I work with clients to truly understand their stories and backgrounds and work with them to find solutions that will benefit them. I work with clients through roadblocks in their lives, trauma in their past, repairing and analyzing relationships, building self compassion, understanding their inner workings, and finding space and peace with their thoughts and emotions.
I am a graduate from Stetson University and use a multitude of techniques from many modalities. I use techniques from, IFS, Narrative Therapy, DBT, Cognitive Therapy, and Play Therapy.
I am currently Practicing at Seasons Counseling Orlando located on Lee Road in Winter Park, Fl
I am booking sessions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 am to 7 pm but can book outside those times on special request.
