About me
Hello, I am an experienced counselor who is dedicated to helping people heal from painful experiences, trauma, anxiety, depression, loss of self-identity, and addictions of all kinds.
I am passionate about emotional and mental health and I believe that each of us has the ability and drive within us to live our life to the fullest- when we are provided with the right environment and opportunities, which I see as my role in the counseling relationship. I prefer to help you connect with your own wisdom and internal guide rather than give advice. Sometimes, life has a way of getting us off-track, and we end up living in a way that does not fit with who we are, or we have endured so much pain that we lose our way and no longer know how to live our lives in an authentic, passionate way. To me, counseling isn't about changing who we are as much as it is about learning how to be who we are.
