I AM NOW ACCEPTING CLIENTS IN BOTH TEXAS AND NEVADA!
I provide counseling services with an empathic yet purpose-driven approach customized to each individual's situation using various theoretical disciplines and intervention strategies with the goal to help clients get back on track to living a healthier enjoyable life per trigger identification including employment of effective coping skills.
I believe that life is a journey that at times can lead one to a space where he/she needs someone objective and unbiased but trained to help them process situation(s) for healthier living. I provide counseling services customized to each individual using various theoretical disciplines and therapeutic interventions with the goal to educate clients and help them learn how to implement appropriate coping strategies so they can get back on track to a more balanced and enjoyable life.
My experience includes trauma/crisis (including sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, and posttraumatic stress disorder, suicidology) as well as counseling for veterans per an acquired military specialization. Additionally, I have experience providing individual, group, family and couples counseling.
