I am an experienced licensed psychotherapist. With over 18 years working in the mental health profession, I specialize in helping clients manage life transitions, perinatal mood/anxiety, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience and training working with foster care and adoption related concerns.

I am certified in perinatal mental health which means I help support Moms struggling during prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum. I am also a trained Postpartum Doula. As an Approved Supervisor for LPC Residents in Counseling via the Virginia Board of Counseling, I also offer clinical supervision.
