About me
In the hardest moments of life, it makes sense to seek support — someone to help shoulder the pain and guide you through. If you are feeling overwhelmed by relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, or trauma, counseling is a safe space where you can be seen and heard without judgment. As your therapist, I will be a compassionate guide to walk beside you as you take steps toward healing, learn to work through conflict or trauma in healthy ways, and start to understand your own story.
It’s important to know that seeing a counselor doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. In fact, I believe everyone would benefit from counseling at some point. By looking inward to discover how experiences have impacted you and learning new coping strategies for stressful times, you will be able to more effectively shape your own future.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own. Whenever you’re ready to reach out, I’m here to help.
