Transcending Trauma Institute provides tailored and comprehensive psychotherapy services as well as healing modalities attuned to focusing on the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
I have had the privilege the last several years in being in the roles of a clinically trained psychotherapist, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) group therapy leader, and Holistic Life Coach currently certified in trauma therapy and tele-mental health services. I am also a 3rd year PhD candidate in Psychology focusing on Human Consciousness, Integrative Health, and Spirituality. I have advance experience and training in helping individuals heal from their trauma.
