About me

When I began seeing a therapist, I realized just how much I needed an outlet to process hardships in my life and to feel genuinely heard, and this is exactly what I want to provide to clients who come to see me. My approach to therapy is helping guide you to bountiful self-compassion, exploring boundaries, and discovering your own passions. As I have advanced in my own self-discovery and identity exploration, I have become interested in helping others in the LGBTQIA+ community on their own journeys.

Of course, we typically can’t do this without also talking about the way our society impacts mental health, in particular, the detrimental effects of racism, homophobia, and other forms of prejudice. When shame is present, we will explore what social or familial messages may be behind this and help you reconnect with your inherent worth and value.

My goal is to provide you a safe space and be a guiding force as you move from surviving to thriving. I believe that having lived experience with my interests is a fundamental component to the care I can provide. Please reach out with questions and let's get started!
