About me
Charlotte is a 6th generation Tucson native, a musician, and artist who believes that life, like art, is a masterpiece in progress. It may take a few accidents to discover the hidden essence of the picture – and beauty can emerge from error. Charlotte began her work in human services over 35 years ago. She is a certified Transactional Analysis Practitioner (TAP), EMDR Trained, CAPACITAR Practitioner and Trainer, and a Trainer in Sex Trafficking Research through ASU.
Charlotte’s passion is in helping people overcome the stress and traumas encountered during their life journeys. She uses a variety of interventions such as such as Redecision. Therapy, Somatic Approaches, Mindfulness, Gestalt Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR and Rogerian person-centered approaches, and tailors each therapeutic life plan to the individual needs of each unique person. Charlotte works with people ages 16-adulthood and older adulthood.
