About me
Hi! I'm Charlene, and I'll keep this nice and short for you since I also know what it's like to be scrolling through psychtoday on the hunt for a new therapist but overwhelmed by your options. In not so many words, I'm a French-Moroccan mental health limited permit counselor specialized in LGB+ and TGNC health and wellness. I am also trained and experienced in Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, and utilize a person-centered approach to not only help you reach your goals, but also thrive.
I am accepting new clients who are 16-65 years old and suffer from a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use/misuse/abuse.
