As a trauma therapist my main focus includes working with first responders, veterans, adolescents, and individuals that have endured previous trauma. My approach is to meet you where you are and assist you to build and grow into your best self. We are all unique and require different approaches, I believe in encouraging clients to be their own advocates and connect their dots along their journey.
