Hi, I’m Char and I genuinely love people and enjoy helping individuals like you on their life journey to become mentally whole and healthy, as well as, offer support to those striving to utilize their God given gifts, talents, and discover their dreams.

My theoretical orientation is an eclectic approach using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, and a Faith-based, Holistic approach.

I have experience in helping individuals in the areas of ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Career, Depression, Emotional Issues, Faith, Grief, Life and Health Issues/Transition, Sexual Abuse, and Substance Abuse/Addiction.

My husband, Steve, and I have been married for 30 years and are also business partners. Bonnie Cook Hill is another member of our team who serves as our Executive Assistant. Steve and I together have a wonderful family of adult children, grandchildren, many Godchildren, God grandchildren, and a furry boy, Brody, who is a listener in training.

My own life experience gives me a unique and seasoned perspective. Both of my children have other mothers, so I understand the unique challenges having a blended family can bring. I retired from the City of Orlando and completed my degree while working full time and raising a family to pursue my passion of helping people on their life journey. I have also supported an end-of-life care for a professional counselor and I am a 2x cancer survivor. I have a strong faith that serves as a foundation to help others.
