Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Newtown, PA. I am passionate about supporting clients with disabilities, including both physical and learning disabilities. I work with adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, sadness, loneliness, disconnection, panic attacks, or overwhelming stress. I also work with couples who would like to grow their relationship or move past a difficult conflict. I provide clients with the tools they need to move forward in a healthy way.
My approach to therapy includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices. I teach clients to identify negative thought patterns and other harmful habits. I then supports the development of healthier coping skills that promote positive thinking and deeper connection to self and others. When beginning our time together, I'll collaborate with my clients to set mental health goals. Each session will take the clients closer to reaching these goals.
Finding the right therapist is a challenge. Sometimes it is a soul searching endeavor. Asking yourself so many questions, like, "I hope they understand me? Am I strong enough?" Or, "Is therapy the correct thing for me to do?" Whatever trouble brings you in for therapy, I am here to help you. I am here to listen, understand, and guide you. Judgment is not in my vocabulary.
I earned my Master’s degree from Arcadia University in 2010. I am compassionate, engaged, easily-approachable therapist who draws from his extensive experience in the field and personal experience to help his clients grow their mental health.
My clients come to me for comfort and peace of mind. They know that I provide a safe, open, and trusting environment where they can speak freely and ultimately be themselves. Once a connection is created, we can work on the challenges that are brought in and make the change to help you live a more fulfilling life. My clinical approach is a flexible one, as I apply a range of modalities that best serves you. In treatment, strategies are learned and developed to help you reach your goals. I hope to meet you soon!
