About me
I am a devoted therapist that focuses on all aspects of your mental health. I understand there is not only one issue but lots of things happening at the same time. I will help you keep your world manageable.
No other client I serve is like you. You are uniquely yourself and deserve a therapist that not only understands, but embraces you need a unique plan to address your mental health needs. In my practice, I use a multitude of discipline in conjunction to give you individualized tools for you to use every day, especially when you are in between appointments. I am a Certified Trauma Therapist, Certified Grief Therapist, Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist and highly experienced in Depression, Anxiety and ADHD treatment. I consider myself a partner in your healing and will remind you frequently of the progress you have made and the progress you are continuing to make.
For myself, I am an adventurous soul that loves the outdoors, exploring various parts of the country on Horseback and travelling whenever I can. In my practice, I believe animals can help our healing and encourage clients with pets to focus on what their pets can teach them. I believe every person should be treated with dignity and respect and all of us can grow and change through positive experiences and kindness.
