About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering mental health counseling services to the entire lifespan. I focus on grief and loss, adoption, medical issues, and anxiety.

Have you or your child experienced a significant loss or life change? Maybe an important relationship has ended, and you're wondering how to move forward. Perhaps you're coping with a new diagnosis, school challenges, infertility, a sudden trauma, or retiring. Maybe you find yourself in the throes of grief after the death of a beloved person or pet. Regardless of what you're facing, life as you knew it has changed profoundly (and often without your permission!). You now feel a sense of uncertainty you just can't shake - you know "before" is gone, but you don't know what "after" holds just yet.

You want relief, clarity, and to know you're not alone. Together, we will explore your losses and adjustments, build tools to cope with difficult emotions and navigate your relationships, and set goals for the future based on your strengths and values. We will work collaboratively as you begin to move forward, while also honoring where you've been.

My approach to counseling is compassionate and nonjudgmental. If you want someone who will really sit in it with you, (gently) challenge you, and occasionally make you laugh, then we may be a great fit for each other. Contact me via phone/email or visit my website (www.caylinbroomecounseling.com) to schedule a complementary 15-minute consultation call.
