I am an experienced clinician and have been licensed for almost 20 years. I specialize in adult and couple counseling to help you feel better and improve your quality of life, decreasing depression or traumatizing past experiences or improve relationship struggles.

I understand that sometimes life feels overwhelming or you may feel like it will never change or get better. Perhaps your struggling with your marriage and don't understand why you can’t get along. Maybe you feel depressed or anxious and just want to feel better. I would like to help you find your happiness again. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for almost 20 years. I have worked with many people of all ages and levels of severity. It would be privileged to see if I could help you or your marriage improve and find the quality of life you are looking for.

The methods of treatment I utilize most are Christian based counseling practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, Conflict Resolution and Communication Skills. My desire is to help you improve how you feel about yourself and your relationships with others. To provide an avenue for healing, guidance and education to help you with your needs.
