About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Adolescents Trauma Professional who is passionate about LGBTQ+ wellness.
I create a welcoming and inclusive environment so clients can feel safe to explore their complicated emotional needs. I work with individuals and couples to process their anxiety, depression, and feelings of self worth. I believe every individual is capable of the change they desire. My goal is to provide the nonjudgmental and understanding environment that serves as the catalyst for clients to meet their personal goals. I use evidence- and brain-based techniques to support the social and emotional growth of my clients.
My areas of interest are anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sexual and gender identity issues. I work with young adults to identify their goals and take actionable steps to meet them. I work with couples who are looking to improve communication and attachment.
I strive to help each client make therapy their own. Although each individual’s and couple’s needs are different and require different things from therapy, my clinical underpinnings remain constant. I believe with the right environment, anyone and everyone can become their ideal selves.
