About me
I believe that every person deserves respect, and I am comfortable working with clients of nearly any age. As a part of the LGBTQIA + community, I understand and accept you for who you are.
I am experienced working with both individuals and families. I specialize in supporting clients who struggle with chronic pain, trauma, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. I work to create a therapeutic relationship, to help develop trust for the process and so that you can have a true safe space, no matter what. Then, we work together to create individual interventions and goals to support your growth.
I integrate my experience and training from several therapeutic theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. I utilize organic conversation in session as part of the therapeutic process.
It can be difficult to seek assistance and find someone who can make you feel safe and be free to be who you are. When working together, we will work to create a sense of stability and helping you with your own goals. If you think we would be a good fit, I would be honored to walk alongside you and guide you along your journey.
