I'm a Resident in Counseling dedicated to helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, disordered eating patterns, and changes life can throw at us! Meeting you where you are in your journey, providing a safe and encouraging space, and working together to help you accomplish goals at your own pace are always my priority.
Life has a habit of throwing curveballs that force us to adapt – these changes can be extremely challenging to navigate on their own, let alone when we're also experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, disordered eating, and other mental health challenges. In collaboration with you, we will identify the impacts of these experiences and behaviors, goals to work toward, and values, beliefs, and strengths that can help you accomplish these goals. I utilize a strength-based approach because I believe in your ability to overcome challenges, as well as the importance of fostering resiliency, strength, and courage. My approach to therapy is an integration of exploring what is helpful for each individual client with evidence-based practices stemming from various therapeutic modalities.
It would be an honor to work with you and be a part of your therapeutic journey! I'd love to hear from you – please email me at the above link to get started!
