About me
I am a mental health and addictions clinician dedicated to helping others work through and manage mental health struggles or other life stressors.
Hi! My name is Casey and I believe that treating our mental health should be as normal as going to the doctor. Maybe you have a chronic issue like anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction issues or you could simply use some support as you transition into a new phase of life, are working out some interpersonal issues, experiencing stress or burn out, or are just looking for personal growth. My goal is to support you in any of the ways I can that may help you feel prepared to face life on life's terms.
I utilize a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and a person-centered approach. I have experience and training with a wide range of chronic and acute issues and cultures including people involved in the criminal justice system and military/veterans.
I believe everyone is unique and work to create an experience to meet your needs, at your pace. My goal is to create a safe place for you to address issues that are a concern for you. I strive to create a space that can be a positive and healthy environment for you to address very real issues, a human to human growth experience.
