Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, divorce, addiction and 12 step programs, LGBTQ+, job related stress and life transitions.
The decision to start therapy takes courage and finding a therapist who is a “good fit” is essential. The relationship between the client and therapist is the foundation for the work to be done. It takes time to create a climate of safety and trust to explore the issues that brought you to therapy. I have 25 years of experience working in education as a school counselor. In 2018, I started my clinical practice and I am currently getting my private practice established. I have immediate openings for new clients. I am private pay with a sliding scale. I teach effective Parenting Skills to strengthen the parent/child bond. My perspective is holistic and my theoretical approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation. My clinical practice is guided by the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics.
