About me

Have you felt like energy, motivation, or time are in short supply? Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed or stuck? I help clients think outside the box of traditional therapy — though when useful, I also integrate more structured approaches (homework, skills-practice) into our work. I have worked in the field for almost a decade in a variety of settings. My clients have come to me with depression, anxiety/panic, emotional dysregulation, and concerns of ADHD or autism have wanted ways to manage life when it feels overwhelming or paralyzing. Clients describe me as caring, hopeful, resourceful and an empathetic listener. I have explored with clients if it is worth it to explore if they have another diagnosis or do testing.

For almost a decade I have worked collaboratively with clients (age 3-97) to come up with areas for growth. To do this, I help clients recognize interests, hobbies and ways to incorporate these into therapy. You may get homework as applicable as we collaborate on together to practice the skills taught in therapy. In the last few years, I have satisfied my passion of helping clients with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD through finding skills for time management, concentration, emotional regulation, and to reduce feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My clients appreciate the way I give a gentle push and accountability.

Through standardized assessments (questionnaires and interviews) and observation I am able to diagnosis and ADHD and Autism. I am able to provide you with results and a report in under 3 months from start to finish. Feel free to reach out and I can provide information about procedures, cost, and timeframe.

I offer ADHD and autism coaching if you’re looking for skill-based work and regular check-ins around neurodivergence. I strive to create a collaborative space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered. If you reach out, we can start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’d be a good fit together.
