About me
I am an experienced therapist working with couples, adults, children, adolescents dealing with depression, addictions, grief, self-esteem, anger management, relationship issues, anxiety, and many more topics. I also offer monthly groups.
My greatest incentive as a therapist is to help my clients explore different ways to make positive changes in their lives by providing them with a better outlook into the future. I know that everyone needs someone to talk to who will listen to them without any judgment. In my sessions, I want each client to feel accepted and heard in a safe environment; a place where they can find themselves and do some searching to move past any issues that are preventing them from living a healthier lifestyle.
