About me
I have been in independent private practice many years, helping people work through trauma, life and relationship difficulties, with short and long-term therapy methods.
Every person is unique. Understanding our strengths and weaknesses, values and ideals, and what brings us joy is important in the process of finding greater happiness and fulfillment. I have worked with all ages and currently work with adults and older adults online. Experiential and cognitive therapy, creativity coaching and mindfulness practices are some of the methods in my therapy approach.
