I am a Licensed Psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Relational Issues, OCD, Personality Disorders, and Trauma with extensive experience in working with Individuals, Couples and Families.
My life experience has provided first-hand knowledge of what it takes to keep going even when life seems unbearable. I began looking for answers many years ago and the journey has been difficult but rewarding. It’s taken me from University Degrees in Psychology to Transpersonal Therapies that focus on the health of our spirit. I have found that there are ways to lessen pain and suffering
As an integrative therapist I believe there is no one right way to manage life’s ups and downs. I have embraced not only rational means of healing such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that provides skills to help cope by changing thoughts and taking action but also more esoteric healing ways that allow for spiritual healing by stepping outside our selves using altered states. The focus of Integrative Therapy is less on removing problems, or seeing us as 'flawed', but more about adjusting the ways we see and feel about reality.
