About me
As an experienced Clinical Social Worker, I work to provide a safe and calm environment for my clients as we walk together towards healing. My training and experience provide a unique insight into depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and loss.
In our busy and stress filled days, the intense feelings generated by everyday life, childhood neglect or abuse, life transitions, separation/divorce and loss of a loved one often turn our busy world upside down. It is in the midst of these life events I have found my calling and work. You are not alone! Many others have journeyed the path of anxiety, despair, fear, loneliness and, yes depression to a place of hope and freedom and joy. I base my work in a holistic approach that encompasses evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of each client or couples’ unique circumstances.
