I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience in integrated mental health and substance abuse care and treatment. As a provider, I have worked extensively in inpatient and outpatient behavioral facilities to address need and care, as well as to streamline and improve services in both inpatient and outpatient settings which I continue to do. I am passionate in continuing to help people achieve their own personal growth and potential. My practice style is goal-oriented and strengths-focused, mutual, integrated, and individually centered. I love working with individual and I provide a secure and safe environment to do this in. My treatment centers on issues and difficulties with: Anger, Depressive Disorder, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders (Anorexia nervosa, Bulimia, Binge Eating), Anxiety Disorder (including OCD and Panic Disorders), PTSD/ Trauma, and Grief and Bereavement.

Individual counseling sessions are the only treatment provided, at this present time in the office, in response to public health factors. The sessions can be in-person, physically (face to face), in the office, virtually (i.e., telehealth), or a combination of both of these modes as is best and most convenient for you. These are appointment-scheduled only and range from 45 minutes up to 60 minutes long in duration (and/or as required as per your health insurance plan).
