Other Services Provided:
●Divorce, Parenting, and Custody Mediation:
Mediation provides an alternative to litigation that is cost-effective,family focused and promotes effective co-parenting. I provide a space for you and your ex to work together to create a separation agreement that allows you both to have the final say over your divorce matters.
The steps to mediation include introduction; statement of the problem; information gathering; identification of the problems; bargaining; and finally, settlement.
Prior to deciding if mediation is appropriate for you and your family, I provide a FREE hour consultation with both parties in order to better understand the unique needs of your family and how best to work towards a mutually respectful and satisfying solution to challenges and concerns.

●Pre-Bariatric Surgery Psychological Evaluations:
Prior to having Bariatric Surgery your surgeon and insurance requires a clinical assessment be conducted on all patients. This assessment will include an assessment of your mood, emotional stability, and psychological history.
The process is completely judgment free with an understanding that people have ups and downs at times as well as normal bouts of sadness or anxiety. This is not a reason to deny someone surgery! We will discuss the impact (psychological, behavioral, relationship, etc.) that surgery may have on you.
Evaluations may be covered by insurance, if I am an in network provider, or can be private pay. Typical assessment may require 2 or more sessions . Please call to inquire about the full process and sliding scale fee options.

●Mental Health Assessments for Transgender Individuals Seeking Gender Affirming Surgery Referral Letters:
Assessments for both transmasculine and transfeminization surgeries are offered. The Assessment process follows requirements for insurance companies, surgeons, as well as best practices according to WPATH Standards.
Each evaluation may include gathering extensive history, discussion of Gender Dysphoria and how it is impacting your functioning, and assessing that one is psychologically stable and of sound mind to undergo whatever surgery is being pursued.
Evaluations may be covered by insurance, if I am an in network provider, or can be private pay.
Typical assessment may require 4 sessions. Please call to inquire about the full process and sliding scale fee options.

I am accepting new clients and have immediate availability for office and telehealth sessions. Please verify with your health insurance coverage when you are ready to arrange your first visit. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you.
