I am a LPC-Associate. I have worked with children, teens and families for the past 7 years in central Austin. I have experience in Adoption/Foster Dynamics, Multi-racial Families, Grief & Loss, Sexual Abuse/Assault, and Trauma

I work with children, teens, and adults. I stand by my clients as they heal, learn, and grow. My clients give me the gift of witnessing them learning how to handle big emotions, finding their sense of self, and their voice. I also work with Parents. Helping them strengthen the parent-child bond, and improving dynamics within the family system. My specialties areas are:​Adoption/Foster Dynamics Multi-racial Families Grief & Loss Sexual Abuse/Assault Trauma. I am a Certified Parent Educator, and a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, and I'm trained in EMDR. I approaches counseling through an attachment, trauma and social emotional lens. My approaches are: EMDR, Play Therapy, Sandtray, TBRI, Triple P Parenting, Nurturing Parenting, and TF-CBT. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Behavioral Health Counseling from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and graduated from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas with my Masters of Arts in Counseling.
