Starting therapy doesn't mean there is something wrong with you. In fact, it means there is something very right. Attending therapy is a sign of self-respect and personal accountability. I've never met anyone who's regretted investing in their mental health.
I currently work with a variety of people of all ages and demographics. However, I specialize in working with men and boys with ADHD, behavioral problems, addiction, sports performance, anxiety and depression. My practice uses a solution focused and cognitive behavioral approach with an emphasis on the building healthy habits both mentally and physically. I have long history of coaching high school and collegiate athletes, which translates well into improving day to day human performance with my clients.
