I am EMDR Certified and experienced with working with trauma, couple counseling, and empowerment therapy. I have experience in working with depression, grief, personality disorders, anxiety, childhood abuse, and teens. I want to help people through empowering them to make choices and decisions that bring happiness. I am holistic and see mental illness through a collaborative scope.
I have a private practice in my home. I have two great therapy dogs named Bo and Rae that great people when them come in. I feel like it is homy and welcoming to clients. I have wore many hates in my life that I am very proud of. I am a veteran and served in the United States Navy for 8 years. I worked a s a Police Officer for 12 years both in Florida and Texas. I worked in the Corporate world for 8 years in Austin TX. I served that community through outreach programs for 8 years giving my time and love to homeless, backpack program, serving centers, Salvation Army, and Community in Schools. I love to serve. I am a mother of three beautiful people that married beautiful people. I have two grandsons one being 5 years old and the other being 6 years old. I love life and love going on walks with my dogs.
